Google API Limited Use Disclosure

AutoBot.video uses Google APIs when you use your Google account to sign in and when you opt to allow AutoBot.video to post to your YouTube channel.

AutoBot.video's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

YouTube Integration

AutoBot.video allows users to upload their rendered videos to YouTube via an in-app API. By using these API Clients, users are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

In addition to the AutoBot.video's normal procedure for deleting stored data, users can revoke that AutoBot.video's access to their data via the Google security settings page.

Meta (Instagram) Integration

AutoBot.video allows users to automatically publish Reels to their Instagram accounts via the Instagram Graph API. By connecting your Instagram account, you agree to comply with Meta's Privacy Policy.

We only request the minimum permissions necessary (`instagram_content_publish`, `instagram_basic`) to perform the automated posting services you configure. You can revoke our access to your Instagram account at any time through your Facebook/Instagram security settings.

Third Party And User Consent For AI Apps

We do not share users' personal data with third-party AI applications. The scripts and audio generated for your videos are processed via third-party APIs (like Groq) using anonymized prompts that do not contain your personal identifying information.

Data Collection, Storage, and Security

When you connect your Google (YouTube) or Meta (Instagram) accounts, we collect and securely store authentication tokens and your channel/profile name to facilitate the automated video uploading process. We do not collect or store your passwords.

User data is stored securely on our servers and is protected using industry-standard encryption and security practices. We retain user data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Data Deletion Instructions

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data stored on AutoBot.video. To delete your account and all associated data (including OAuth tokens and generated videos):

• Navigate to your Account Settings in the AutoBot.video dashboard and click "Delete Account".
• Alternatively, you can email us at creativeashish1@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request," and we will process your request within 72 hours.

Please note that deleting your data from AutoBot.video will not delete any videos that have already been published to your YouTube or Instagram channels.
